Mental fitness for founders who want to grow their company

Grow the company without paying for it with your clear head

Keep the ambition. Change the price.

Dee is an AI mental fitness assistant. Talk through what is pulling on you, choose one small step to try as an experiment, and Dee comes back to it with you.

A 10-minute voice call to start

This is a first meeting, not a full session. Dee asks a few questions about what is going on, then says one thing that stood out. Just start talking. Correct Dee when it misses, or end the call at any point.

The company keeps moving. Your mind rarely gets to stop.

Founders come to Dee with one of five things. The call starts with whichever is loudest for you today.

Energy & recovery

Your head never really leaves work.

Late nights, no switching off, coffee instead of rest. Look at what is draining you before the next crash decides for you.

Concentration

Everything is on fire, so nothing important gets done.

Find the one thing that matters this week and what keeps pulling you away from it.

Decision-making

The same decision keeps coming back.

Pricing, a hire, a pivot. Separate what you know from what you fear, and decide on time.

Team & relationships

You are carrying too much of the company yourself.

The co-founder talk you keep postponing, the delegation that never sticks, the people at home who see less of you.

Flexibility in change

You feel stuck, or that everything has to change.

Find the part you can move now, without tearing down what already works.

For founders building again

You already know how to push through. You do not have to build the same way again.

If you have burned out before, the goal is not to become tougher. It is to notice the old pattern earlier, protect what keeps you clear, and change course before overload becomes the way you lead again.

With Dee you work through the real situation in front of you, look at what is actually driving it, and choose one change you can test. Recovery does not become another performance score.

How it works

01

A short voice call

Ten minutes on this page. Dee asks what is going on, goes deep on one of the five areas, and says one thing that stood out.

02

Your starting point

In Telegram, Dee builds a simple map of where you are now. You confirm it or correct it.

03

You pick the topic

Dee offers one or two topics from what you said, or you bring your own. Then you agree what you want from this session.

04

One small step, as an experiment

You come up with the step, sized for the time you actually have. Dee does not hand you a to-do list.

05

Dee comes back to it

If you want, Dee reminds you between sessions. Next time you start from what you agreed and what actually happened.

A session can be as short as 5 to 15 minutes. It ends when you decide it is done.

Bring the decision you keep reopening.

Talk it through in your own words. Dee asks one question at a time, uses your words, and asks before offering an observation.

You can interrupt, correct Dee, or end the call at any moment.

We keep reopening the pricing decision. Every customer call restarts the whole debate…

Dee

Every call restarts it. What would you need to see to stop reopening it?

Illustration, not a real client

A small step, as an experiment

Not a resolution. One step you can actually take, and someone who comes back to it.

At the end of a session you choose one first step that fits the time and energy you have right now. You decide what it is and what would change if it works.

Next time, Dee starts from that step. Done, half-done or skipped, it is information about what works for you, not a failure.

A coaching method informed by neuroscience: a repeating pattern is something you can learn to notice and change, not a flaw in your character.

  1. what you said
  2. the step you chose
  3. what actually happened
  4. the next step

Why not just ChatGPT, a tracker, or a coach?

Thinking it through alone

You can circle the same decision for weeks without noticing which assumption keeps it open.

A general AI chat

It answers what you ask, at length. You still have to frame the problem yourself. Dee helps you frame it, works from your words, and remembers what matters for next time.

A tracker or a wearable

It can show that you slept badly. It cannot ask what kept you up, or help you choose what to change this week.

A human coach

Keep the people who help you. Dee is there between scheduled calls, in Telegram, and every session follows the same shape: where you are, what you want from today, the work, and your next step.

Dee is an AI. It does not replace medical or psychological care, or legal and specialist business advice.

What you might be wondering before you start

Am I talking to a person?
No. Dee is an AI and says so up front: the call opens with “I’m Dee, an AI mental fitness assistant by DeeLumo.” In Telegram the first message says it again: an AI, not a person, a therapist or a doctor.
Will it label me?
No diagnosis, no personality or brain type, no score, no streaks, no comparing you with other founders.
Will it tell me what to do?
No. Dee asks, and you decide. The step is yours. Dee asks before sharing an observation, and you can say no.
What if it gets me wrong?
Say so. Correct Dee in your own words. In Telegram, /report sends a message to a person on the DeeLumo team, who replies within 2 working days.
What if things are worse than a bad week?
If a conversation shows you may be in danger, Dee stops the usual work and points you to people who can help right now.

What you walk away with

The decision stops spinning in the same place. After a session you have:

  1. Your own decisions, said back to you
  2. What you noticed about yourself
  3. One first step you chose
  4. A reminder, if you asked for one
  5. A place to pick up next time

Questions founders ask

Is this too soft for me?

Dee is warm, not soft. No pep talks and no generic advice. You bring a real situation: a decision, a co-founder conversation, a week that ran you. Dee asks direct questions, and the next step is yours to choose.

Is Dee a coach or a therapist?

Neither. Dee is an AI mental fitness assistant. It works with a coaching method: questions, your own conclusions, small steps you test. It is not a person, a therapist or a doctor.

Who sees my conversations?

Your conversation is stored so Dee can remember what matters and pick up where you left off. The DeeLumo team does not read it, with these exceptions. A call on this website is opened only if it shows a crisis signal. In Telegram, a conversation is opened if you send /report or if it shows a crisis signal. Our team can also turn on review for specific accounts, our own and people testing the product with us, to improve it. Replies are generated by OpenAI models, so your words pass through OpenAI to produce them. Technical logs of the model are deleted automatically after 30 days. Website call transcripts are kept 30 days; Telegram history is kept while your account is active. To delete your data, email team@deelumo.com.

What about my company’s data?

Dee has no access to your email, Slack, calendar, files or code. It knows only what you say or paste into the chat. You can talk about a situation without naming the company or the people in it.

What if I’m really not OK?

DeeLumo is not medical or psychological care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a specialist, a psychologist or therapist, or someone you trust. If you are in danger right now, contact emergency services. If this comes up in a conversation, Dee stops the usual work and says the same.

How much does it cost? Can I cancel or get a refund?

The call on this website is free. At the end of it Dee shows what continuing in Telegram costs: you see a card with the price, how it renews and the refund window, before you pay anything. You can cancel at any time.

Why Telegram?

So Dee is in an app you already open, on your phone and your laptop. After you join, a link connects your call, and Dee continues from what you talked about. Write or send voice messages, in whatever language feels most comfortable.
